unique course offers to teach you the power of breath, meditation
and yoga. Central to the program is a specific technique called the
“Sudharshan Kriya.” This was developed by Sri Sri himself and has
helped millions of people thus far. It improves health, calms the
mind and allows you to focus better, feel happier and more
energetic.
By learning how to breathe ‘better’ you supply more oxygen to your
cells and rejuvenate your body and mind. It also helps to calm the
mind which will bring more focus, as well as help you live in the

ART EXCEL stands
for All Round Training in Excellence. As the name suggests, children
get training covering all aspects - physical, mental, spiritual.
This program has been developed for children between the ages of 8
and 13 years.
Through play, fun and laughter, children learn valuable lessons on
how to share with others, work and play in harmony and develop a
sense of belonging. They become more self-expressive and comfortable
and natural even with diverse groups of people. They are also taught
various yoga postures and effective powerful breathing processes
which help to eliminate fear, anxiety, depression and other
undesirable emotions. Meditation, being an important tool to tap the
children's hidden potential, forms an integral part of the program.
The children show enhancement of creative skills, improvement of
memory and concentration, development of leadership qualities and
healthy emotions, clarity of mind and better interaction with
everyone after undergoing the program.

The Youth Empowerment Seminar for ages between
14 to 18 is an innovative and dynamic program that nurture the
qualities of creativity, compassion, leadership and friendliness in
today's youth, so that they can share themselves with the world to
create a better future.
Youth today face many challenges both inside and outside classroom.
As a participant in this course you are encouraged to go beyond a
limited view of life and perceive the world in all its diversity.
The initial 20-hour seminar is comprehensive. It includes practical
tools for releasing stress, relaxation and yoga exercises, problem
solving strategies, leadership training, social skills, development
and creative projects. Such vital skills as these enable you to

YES!+ provides young adults between the ages of 18-30 with tools to
achieve their ideal life with ease, creativity, energy, and
inhibition-free. This program challenges young people to reach their

Program Overview
YES!+ is an innovative and dynamic educational
and life skills program for young students and professionals. YES!+
empowers young people with tools to eliminate stress, rid the system
of negative emotions, develop strong social and leadership skills,
heighten awareness and increase mental focus. This intense 30 hour
program (spanning 7 consecutive days) also includes practical
sessions on entrepreneurial skills, maximizing individual potential
and physical, mental and emotional health.
Main Aspects
1) Physical –
Challenging body exercises, yoga and innovative breathing
techniques.
2) Mental –
Practical knowledge and interactive processes
to improve memory, concentration & focus.
3) Social -
Experiential processes to develop problem solving strategies and
social skills; Interactive processes to develop leadership and life
skills; Teamwork exercises to teach cooperation and conflict

4) Emotional –
Group discussions designed to help one feel at ease in challenging

Follow Up Sessions

YES!+ graduates participate in three Upgrade/Follow-up sessions

A multi-path approach to uniting the body, breath and mind with
